To make commerce with inventory it's more profitable but it's riskier because you have to create your own product and to create your own product you have to invest in it.
But this is not all because you have not sure that you will sell your created product and if you don't make sells or make less money than you have invested you will lose money and this it's risky.
So for creating a business like this, you have to create a product that consumers want and you have to invest in many things like marketing, primary material, staff, etc.
But we will not focus on this because I will talk about the second type of commerce, the commerce that I use.
Dropshipping.
Yes, it's possible, you will make money without inventory.
This is how it works:
You find a supplier and you have to create an eCommerce to put the products at a higher price. When one makes a purchase on your eCommerce you have to contact your supplier to deliver the product to the consumer address. The difference in the price will be your profit.
But it's not that simple, but you can indeed make money with dropshipping in 2019.
I will tell you the way to make money dropshipping.
1- Research
You have to do a lot of research to find a product that is making a lot of sells. Find a product that completes one of the consumer's needs so they will buy this product because they need it. This step is most important.
Use Google Trends to find a product.
2-Supplier
You have to find a supplier because you will not have an inventory and you will operate online you have to find an online supplier that delivery worldwide the products. You make sure to find a secure source so you will not get in trouble so make sure that the others that have bought on this supplier have left great feedback.
To find a supplier use AliExpress.
3-Product Test
I suggest you test the product that you will sell for security and to know the quality of the product. Just make a purchase of the product to your address and test it, it will take a little money from you but you will know what are you selling.
4-Name
Find the name for your eCommerce. Try to find a name that when buyers will read it will know what type of product you are selling, so if the consumers search it on google your name will appear here.
5-eCommerce
Create a professional eCommerce store on Shopify.
If you don't have experience with websites I suggest you go on Fiverr and hire one freelancer, it not will cost you too much. Find the domain with the name you have select for your store for example name.com.
I suggest you buy the domain at Namecheap.
6-Product upload
Upload the product on your eCommerce and do it professionally in every step like Title, Description, Photos, etc.
7-Run Facebook Ads
Run ads on Facebook and Instagram for letting people know you are selling this product.
Make every step well and you will begin to make money online this is for sure. Today are people that make up to 100.000$ at month with dropshipping. But you will need to have a budget with around 1.000$ to begin so this is not a type of business that doesn't need any investment but it's a business that wants little investment.
You have to focus on one step more you have to know that one product has it lifespan so will come a time that the consumers don't need more this product so for this you have to save money from the profit that you will make with this product so when the time comes and this product has ended his lifespan you have much more money to invest in other product and in ads so you will make more money with the next product because remember more you invest more you will win money but don't forget the other thing study the investment that you are doing because if you invest money without study the market this will become waste of money and not more an investment.
